This is the fastest Quarter that I have ever experienced! I am having a hard time believing it is done! This Last four months have probably been the busiest four months of my life! I am looking forward to the next year as well because that is also going to be the busiest year of my life! My family and I have so many amazing things on our plate and I can't wait to start! I have enjoyed this class and I think that I will continue my blog even after today! I will be using it mare as a placeholder for my mind, so I can go back and look over things that I have done and things I have seen and forgotten in such a short time!

Hey guys,
This has been a crazy week!! We just recently found out that the house we have a loan out on has a second mortgage through an entirely different bank!!! ARRRGH, This is making this process go so slowly! I wish the economy hadn't tanked, (but if it hadn't I wouldn't be able to afford a house.) Anyways... We are now dealing with this predicament. We have started to look at new houses, just in case this house of our dreams falls through. Wish us luck!!!!

In the meantime! I have decided that I am going to start doing some workouts to blow off some steam!! This is what I have found:

10 Moves for a Flat Stomach

There is also a woman on youtube named Tiffany Rothe who is amazing!!! I love her workouts, they are short enough to do just one or you can string a few together for a more intense workout!!
Please look her up if you are thinking about new workout routines!!!

Happy thoughts to all!

Duct Tape Wallet...

I was walking through Target today with my daughter. We walked into an isle with some pretty amazing Duct tape, and I decided that I should learn how to make a Duct tape wallet!! To the internet I went in search of a great tutorial. I technically did not find this on Pinterest but I definitely posted it when I finished! I found this project quite easy and I really like the end result. My husband always makes fun of my huge purse because I can never find my wallet in the abyss. I used some awesome colors for my wallet and I do not think I will have any troubles finding it anymore!! Enjoy!!

I decided that my first post should be one that I added to Pinterest. This is the best way to cook potatoes ever!!! My brother and his wife live in England and he told me about how they cooked their potatoes once and I had never done it this way.

I went to Culinary School at South Seattle Community College and I am very upset that I was not taught this method! So I have decided to share it with whomever wants the most mouthwatering potatoes ever!

The process is simple:

Gather potatoes for dinner (any kind will work but I love baby reds)
Scrub them under water and then put in pot full of tap water.
Put pot on to boil.
When the water gets hot stab a potato with a knife.
You will know they are done if the knife goes in with slight resistance and releases with slight resistance
They are now par-boiled.

Drain the potatoes and cut them into wedges.
Toss in a mixture of olive oil, salt and pepper.
* you can sprinkle with anything you want at this point but make sure to always season properly!

Place on cookie sheet in preheated 450 degree oven and bake until tender.
Brown to desired color under the broiler

These potatoes are tender and delicious and perfectly crispy on the outside without the gummy texture on the inside of potatoes that are just baked!

I am very new to the blogging world. I have recently upped my facebook page logins to almost one per day. Compared to the rest of my social group this is appalling. I have also recently gotten into Pinterest. I have always been crafty and I enjoy doing projects with my little one and on my own! This blog will be about what I find on Pinterest that I can cram into my tight schedule. I might throw in a few stories here and there, only the future can tell! Thanks for reading, and enjoy life and love!
